One of the most versatile artists in Hollywood, Jacob Cooney is an American writer, producer, director and camera and electrical department technician. Cooney who started his career in the film industry as a miscellaneous crew eventually assisted several writer and editors and gradually rose up the ranks to become a screenplay writer. Cooney who made his writing debut with The War of Game (2008), a short video wrote for his film, which was titled Rehab for Rejects (2009), a TV movie. His other notable writing ventures include Apocalypse Pompeii (2015), 3-Headed Shark Attack (2015) and its Tamil-dubbed version titled Jaws 4 (2017) and Isle of the Dead (2016).
