James D. Parriott is an award winning American writer, director and producer. He began his career as writer in the television series The Six Million Dollar Man in 1975. James is a PGA Award winning producer and won Writers Guild of America award for the series Ugly Betty and Grey's Anatomy. Some of his other credits include Forever Knight, Defying Gravity and Nick Knight.
