A popular face among the television audiences, James Floyd started off with the TV series Holby City in 2006, and then went on to feature in the role of Miguel Lopez in the TV series Dream Team. He gained further popularity for his performance in several shows like Of Kings and Prophets, and Falcon. His 2017 television appearance includes a medical drama series The Good Karma Hospital, in which he plays the role of Dr Gabriel Varma. He has also featured in movies like Everywhere and Nowhere, and My Brother the Devil. Floyd`s 2017 release includes a drama movie The Operative, under the direction of Kai Barry, starring him as one of the lead characters opposite Anthony LaPaglia and Noemie Merlant. His other releases in the year include the crime drama City of Tiny Lights, under the direction of Pete Travis, and also the thriller movie Rearview.
