Making her film debut in 2007 with the romantic-drama, Mitti Wajaan Maardi, Japji Khaira is an Indian model and actress, who works in the Punjabi film industry. Winning the Miss World Punjaban contest in 2006, the doors to Punjabi cinema easily opened for Japji. Over the years she has acted in movies like Dharti (2011), Taur Mittran Di (2012), Singh Vs Kaur (2013), Fer Mamla Gadbad Gadbad (2013), Bhaji in Problem (2013), Ishq Brandy (2014) Nanak (2018) and Son Of Manjeet Singh (2018). Her 2019 releases include Ardaas Karaan and Mitti.
