Jaspal Singh Bhatti, born on March 3, 1955 in Amritsar, India, was an Indian television actor famous for his satirical take about the problems of the common man. He died on October 25th, 2012 in Shahkot, India. He is most well known for his television series Flop Show and mini capsules ulta pulta which featured on the national network in India in the late eighties and early nineties.
