Jay Scherick also known as Jay is the son of Edgar Scherick is a screenwriter, television producer. He has written screenplay for the films, “The Smurfs 2, The Smurfs, The Zookeeper, Norbit, and Guess Who”. His TV shows are, “Caroline in the City, Madigan Men, Mr. Rhodes, Spin City”. He was nominated for Golden Raspberry Award for Worst Screenplay for Norbit in the year 2007.
