Paranjee is known for introducing several popular actresses like Lisa ay, Sonali Bendre, Bipasha Basu, Preity Zinta, Aishwarya Rai, and Anjala Zaveri to the Telugu film industry. Noted for directing films across different genres, Jayanth has collaborated many times with the fabulous four of the Telugu film industry viz. Chiranjeevi, Nagarjuna, Venkatesh, and Balakrishna. The director who made his debut with Preminchukundam Raa (1997), over the years has directed more than 10 films. Few of his most notable directorial ventures include Premante Idera (1998), Eeshwar (2002), Shankar Dada M.B.B.S (2004), Allari Pidugu (2005), Ninnindale (2014) and Jayadev (2017).
