Jeanine Basinger is a film historian . She is member of the Steering Committee of the National Center for Film and Video Preservation, and also one of the Board of Advisors for the Association of Independent Video and Filmmakers. She ahs been described as one of the most important film scholars alive today! She has been a part of several documentaries. She was seen in a dramatic role in A Better Way to Die (2000). She did a documentary film on road movies and their effect on American culture in Wanderlust (2006). She will now be seen playing herself in the upcoming movie, Ingrid Bergman: In Her Own Words which is set to release in 2015.
