After assisting music directors such as Deepak Dev, Rahul Raj, and Gopi Sunder, Jecin George made his debut as a composer in 2014 with the thriller Asha Black. However, before his debut, he was associated with the comedy film Beware of Dogs, that released the same year in 2014. Primarily associated with the Malayalam film industry, Jecin plays different instruments such as the keyboard, piano, violin, and guitar. Among his other projects are the Tamil movie Nee Naan Nizhal and the Malayalam film Charminar. His 2020 release includes Maarjaara Oru Kalluvacha Nuna, directed by Raakesh Baala.
