American director-storyboard artist Jennifer Yuh made her directorial debut in Kung Fu Panda 2, receiving significant critical acclaim. After completing her Bachelor`s degree in Fine Arts at California State University, she was hired as a storyboard artist for HBO`s TV series Todd McFarlan`s Spawn (1997). Later, 1998, she started working at Dreamworks Animations, where she worked on hit animated films, like Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron (2002), Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas (2003) and Madagascar (2015).
A fan of martial arts, Yuh has worked on the storyboard of Kung Fu Panda (2008) and went to direct its sequels Kung Fu Panda 2 (2011) and Kung Fu Panda 3 (2016). Her other projects include The Darkest Minds (2018).
