Jim Broadbent is an English film and theatre actor. He is one of England's most versatile and long serving actor. He has appeared in movies like The Dogs of War (1981), Bird of Prey (1982), Dead on Time (1983) and The Hit (1984). He also starred in movies such as Superman IV -The Quest for Peace (1987), The Crying Game (1992), Richard III (1995), The Borrowers (1997) and Topsy Turvy (1999). He received the BAFTA Award for Best Actor in a Supporting role for the film, Iris (2001). A few of Jim's other notable works includes Bright Young Things (2003), Around the world in 80 Days (2004), The Chronicles of Narnia (2005), When Did You Last See Your Father? (2007).
