English music editor and supervisor John Warhurst moved to London in 1999 to follow for his passion and pursue a career in music. He started off as an assistant music editor and worked on a host of successful films, including Victoria & Albert (2001), Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets (2002), The Hours (2002), Lara Croft Tomb Raider: The Cradle of Life (2003), The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King (2003) and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005).
Meanwhile, he also made his debut as an independent music editor and worked on some of popular titles, including Hannibal Rising (2007), The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian (2008), Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time (2010), 127 Hours (2010), The Theory of Everything (2014) and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (2017). He has also severed as the supervising sound editor for the award-winning musical biopic Bohemian Rhapsody (2018).
