A renowned English film and theater personality, Julie Andrews is an actress, singer, author, theater director and dancer. After making his debut in the entertainment business as a child actress and singer with West End (1948), Andrews made her debut in a Broadway play with The Boy Friend (1954). She rose to fame with her lead role in Broadway musicals such as My Fair Lady (1956), and Camelot (1960). She got her big break on the silver screen with Mary Poppins (1964) where she played the titular role and for brilliant performance in the movie, she won her maiden Academy Award for Best Actress. The winner of five Golden Globes, three Grammys, two Emmys and the Screen Actors Guild Lifetime Achievement Award and the Kennedy Center Honors has been part of several popular and successful films like The Sound of Music (1965), Darling Lili (1970), That`s Life (1986), The Princess Diaries (2001), Shrek the Third (2007), Enchanted (2007), Despicable Me 3 (2017), Aquaman (2018), The King`s Daughter (2022), and Minions: The Rise of Gru (2022).
