Jyothi Krishna is an Indian movie director who predominantly works in Telugu and Tamil movies. He started off his career as a story writer of the 1998 Tamil film Natpukkaga, starring Sarath Kumar and Simran in the lead roles, and turned out to be a blockbuster. The romantic film Enakku 20 Unakku 18 marked Jyothi Krishna`s directorial debut, featuring Tarun Kumar and Trisha Krishnan. He then went on to direct the 2006 movie Kedi, starring Ravi Krishna, Tamannaah Bhatia and Ileana. The movie received mixed to positive reviews, and was a commercial success. His next directorial venture was in 2012, titled Ooh La La La, in which he starred too, along with Divya Bhandari as the female lead. He then went on to co-produce the Tamil action masala film Vedalam, starring Ajith Kumar. His 2017 venture includes the Telugu action film Oxygen, starring Gopichand, Raashi Khanna, and Anu Emmanuel in the lead roles, along with Jagapati Babu in a pivotal role.
