K. Shankar is an Indian film director who has worked on several movies like Mridanga Chakravarthi, Velundu Vinayilli, Nallathe Nadakkum, Thayi Moogambikai, Neelakadalin Orathile, Indrupol Endrum Vaazhga, and Jai Ganesh Deva, being the most prominent ones. His 2017 project includes the Kannada movie Pokari Raja, starring Raja, Ramya and Shobha in the lead roles.
