Kabali Selva is an Indian film actor who predominantly works in Tamil films in leading and supporting roles. He made his debut with the 1991 drama Aatha Un Koyilile, under the direction of Kasthuri Raja, in which he features as one of the leads opposite Kasthuri. He was seen in the 1994 film Sakthivel, which revolves around a constable, and then was part of director B. Gopal's Gangmaster. He was teamed up with Sivakumar and Kushboo for the 1996 drama Nattupura Pattu, followed by the comedy Golmaal, which featured him opposite Monica Nerukkar. He had a supporting role in the martial arts superhero film Mugamoodi starring Jiiva, Narain and Pooja Hegde, followed by films like Eetti and Mo. His 2017 venture as a director includes 12-12-1950, which is a tribute to superstar Rajinikanth. He plays the lead in the film, and is also its story writer.
