Post starting his career as a junior artist, Kailash appeared in famous films like Shikkar, The Hunt (2010), Banking Hours 10 to 4 (2012), 10:30 am Local Call (2013), Thank You (2013), Welcome to Central Jail (2016). His 2017 release includes the drama film Devayaanam. Directed and written by Sukesh Roy, the movie stars Malavika Menon and K. P. A. C. Lalitha in the lead roles.
