Best known for his work in Telugu cinema, Karthika Srinivas (aka Srinivasa Karthik) first rose to prominence when he helmed the editorial department in the acclaimed romantic drama 100% Love (2011), which starred Naga Chaitanya and Tamannaah Bhatia in the lead roles. Since then, he has worked in well over a dozen movies across various genres, notable among which are the Mahesh Babu starrer 1 - Nenokkadine (2014), the mystery thriller Karthikeya (2014) and the romantic comedy Cinema Choopistha Maava (2015).

Significant among Srinivas` most recent editorial credits are Garam (2016), the action-thriller Okkadu Migiladu (2017), Vijetha (2018), Subrahmanyapuram (2018, Kobbari Matta (2019) and Ekta (2019).
