Kaveri has participated in various dance concerts, by way of solos, duets and choreographies and has performed with her guru and has accompanied her on various occasions. She has a Master's Degree in Music and Dance and was honored with National Scholarship for the years 1998-2000. The renowned Kathak dancer Pt. Birju Maharajji felicitated her on the Women's Day Pune - 2003. She was selected by Pt. Jasrajji, to perform in New York in a musical concert organized by Vedic Heritage, Nov 2001. She successfully toured throughout the USA and Canada. She performed as a lead Dancer of Shama Bhate's Dance troupe in Austria and Italy also in Singapore and Malaysia. Recently Kaveri has been awarded a Fulbright Fellowship in Performing Arts for the study and research of relationship between Kathak dance and Jazz/World music at the Jazz School, Berkeley, California.
