Born in a small village at Khushinagar, Uttar Pradesh in India. Kiran`s father, the visionary Director and Producer, Mr. K. K. Shahi moved to Mumbai to find his foothold in the film industry. Kiran showed great interest in films since he was 15 years old. He started assisting his father on small projects and by the time Kiran was 23, he was a full-time Production Designer. He has worked on almost 46 mainstream feature films with innumerable production houses, and the best of directors. He has also worked on Television Serials, Documentaries, A/V`s, and Music videos. A member of the prestigious Cine Production Executives, Kiran manages both productions as well as post-production with equal panache. He is best known for movies like Zanjeer (1998), Loh Purush (1999), Sabse Badhkar Hum (2002), Jackpot (2005), Bachelor Party (2009), Bam Bam Bol Raha Hai Kashi (2016), Jigar (2017) and Saugandh (2018).
