Primarily known for his work in Telugu cinema, writer Kishore Gopu's filmography features a handful of well-received movies like the Prabhas starrer Bujjigadu (2008), Mr. Perfect (2011), Oh My Friend (2011) and Shourya (2016).

In 2018, Kishore co-wrote the romantic comedy Next Enti?, which was directed by Kunal Kohli and a remake of latter's Bollywood directorial Hum Tum (2004).
