Most popular as a character artist and comedian, Kovai Senthil is a veteran Tamil actor. He has been associated with Pudhumai Pithan (1998), Padaiyappa (1999), Goa (2010) and Pagadi Aattam (2017), among others. Before his demise in September 2018, he also featured in the spoof film Tamizh Padam (2018).
