Best known for playing the roles of Mel on the popular American TV series Flight of the Conchords and Louise Belcher on the animated comedy Bob`s Burgers, which was aired on Fox Network is an American comedian, actress, voice artist, and writer. After completing her graduation from Northwestern University, Schall moved to New York to pursue a career in comedy. She got her first break in 2005 as she was included in the list of `The Ten Funniest New Yorkers You`ve Never Heard Of` which was compiled by New York magazine.

In 2006, Schall performed at the HBO US Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen and won the `Best Alternative Comedian` Award. The comedian-turned-actress got her big break on the silver screen with Kate & Leopold (2001) where she played a supporting role. Her other notable film appearances Adam & Steve (2005), The Goods: Live Hard, Sell Hard (2009), Hawaiian Vacation (2011), Despicable Me 2 (2013), A Walk in the Woods (2015), The Boss (2016), Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie (2017) and Toy Story 4 (2019).
