Kurt and Bart is a Dallas based costume designer who has styled for several celebrities in Hollywood films. A few of the popular films that he designed for includes Phoebe in Wonderland (2008), Step Up 3D (2010), Out of the Furnace (2013) and Ghost in the Shell (2017).
