Laxman Kumar is an Indian cinematographer who predominantly is associated with Tamil movies. He started his movie career with director Suseenthiran`s successful drama Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu in 2009, starring Vishnu Vishal, Kishore and Saranya Mohan. He was then part of Puthagam in 2013, post which he went on to make his directorial venture with Masala Padam in 2015. He was also the screenplay writer, story writer, dialogue writer, producer and cinematographer for Masala Padam. His 2017 projects include the romantic action comedy Katha Nayagan, directed by Tha. Muruganantham, followed by the action drama C/o Surya, under the direction of Suseenthiran, starring Mehrene Kaur Pirzada and Sundeep Kishan in the lead roles.
