Lennie James is an English actor, screenwriter and playwright. He made his big screen acting debut with the 1997 movie, The Perfect Blue. Since then James has acted in movies like Les Miserables (1998), Snatch (2000), 24 Hour Party People (2002), Colombiana (2011), Lockout (2012), Get on Up (2014) and Double Play (2017). He has also been a part of several popular TV shows like Civvies (1992), Out of the Blue (1995-1996), Cold Feet (1997-2003), Buried (2003), The State Within (2006), Jericho (2006-2008), Human Target (2010-2011), Hung (2009-2011), Line of Duty (2012), Run (2013), Critical (2015) and The Walking Dead (2010). In 2017 James starred in Blade Runner 2049, Denis Villeneuve`s sequel to the 1982 sci-fi classic, Blade Runner. The movie has Harrison Ford, Ryan Gosling, Ana de Armas, Robin Wright and Jared Leto in prominent roles. His 2021 release includes Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway, directed by Will Gluck.
