Lorenzo Semple Jr. born as Lorenzo Elliott Semple III on March 27, 1923, was an American screenwriter. He started his career as a short story writer and later was hired by 20th Century Fox Television and ABC. He also made his contribution in numerous hit movies and television series. His major credits includes ‘Batman’, ‘The Parallax View’ and ‘Three Days of the Condor’. He was married to Joyce Miller and survived by three children. He died on 28 March 2014
