Madhukar Toradmal is a living legend of Marathitheatre.He is a Marathiwriter, producer, director and actor. He has written various marathi plays like Runanubandh, Kale Bet Lal Batti (1969), Good By Doctor (1976), Jhunj, Tarun Turk Mhatare Ark (1972) and many more. He has also acted as a lead actor in Marathi films like Atmvishvash (1993),Aapli Mansa (1993), Bala Gau Kashi Angai (1977), Rakh (1989) and Sinhasan (1980). One of his adaptation Bachche to Bachche Baap re Baap, adapted from the famous Marathi play 'Tarun Turk Mhatare Ark' has been showcased more than 5000 times in Marathi Theatres.
