A trained classical dancer, Madhura Deshpande is known for work in the Marathi entertainment industry. Having starred in television shows such as Zunjh and Ase Hey Kanyadan, the young actress garnered widespread praise for her work. In 2017, Madhura became one of the 20 lucky people to have received a scholarship at the prestigious Shanghai Theatre Academy to learn Chinese theatre and opera.
The same year, in 2017, she made her feature film debut with the Amruta Khanvilkar and Aniket Vishwasrao-starrer Marathi drama Bus Stop. Following her debut, she was seen the comedy-drama Gulabjaam, where she is seen playing a supporting role alongside Sonali Kulkarni and Siddharth Chandekar, who play the lead in the movie.
