A television and film actress Manasi Sinha is known for her work in the Bengali entertainment industry. Manasi grew up with her mother Manideepa Roy, a noted theatre actress, and her maternal grandmother after her parents divorced. Making her silver screen debut, Manasi was associated with the 2003 family drama Alo, which featured Rituparna Sengupta playing the titular role. Mainly seen playing supporting roles in movies, Manasi has Lakshyabhed, Ogo Bodhu Sundari, Aami Montri Hobo, Goray Gondogol, and Goynar Baksho to her credit.

Meanwhile, she pursued her television career as well and featured on a number of Bengali shows such as Bodhu Kon Alo Laaglo Chokhe, Agnipariksha, Bhasha, Goyenda Ginni, and Bhootu to name a few. Some of her recent movie appearances were in the movies Chupi Chupi, Shudhu Tomari Jonyo. Kelor Kirti, and Ka Kha Ga Gha. Her 2018 release includes Hoichoi Unlimited, directed by Aniket Chattopadhyay. His 2019 release includes Googly and Brahma Janen Gopon Kommoti.
