Mangesh Kulkarni is an Indian screenwriter who is well-known for working predominantly in Bollywood. Making his debut with the Marathi film Lapandav in 1993, he soon transitioned to mainstream Bollywood films. His notable screenplay credits include Yes Boss (1997), Ghulam-E-Musthafa (1997), Dil Kya Kare (1999), Raja Ko Rani Se Pyar Ho Gaya (2000), Awara Paagal Deewana (2002), the lyrics for the Marathi film Hee Porgi Kunachi, and the screenplay for Horn `OK` Pleassss (2009).
