Predominantly seen in Telugu movies, Mani Chandana has appeared in a string of movies such as NTR Nagar, Nijam, Pellam Vachindi, and Devi Nagamma, mostly playing supporting roles. However, after she got married, she took a sabbatical from the film industry. Few years after being married, the actress made a comeback in 2017, having been signed on big banner movies such as Ungarala Rambabu and Achari America Yatra.
