Manu Anand is a filmmaker who primarily works in the Tamil film industry. His 2022 release FIR marks his directorial debut in the film industry.

He has also worked as a writer in a bilingual web series titled as Whatsup Velakkari (Tamil) and Whatsup Panimanushi (Telugu). Prior to this, Manu worked with acclaimed filmmaker Gautham Vasudev Menon as an associate director and executive producer in many of his projects such as Yennai Arindhaall, Achcham Yenbathu Madamaiyada, Saahasam Swaasagaa Saagipo, Enai Noki Paayum Thota and Dhruva Natchathiram.
