Born and brought up in Hyderabad, Mark K Robin had a penchant for music since childhood. Growing up, Mark listened to music of different genres, from jazz to Sufi and was much influenced by the works of the musical legends like Lionel Richie and AR Rahman. Before making his debut in feature films, he composed music for several award-winning short films like Mahasmparka, Bandham Regad, Dialogue in the Dark, and Dily Bily for which he won the Best Music Award at the 5th Noida International Film Festival, 2018.

After a successful stint in short-films, Mark got his big break in the film industry by composing music for the theatrical trailer of Majnu starring Natural Star Nani. His brilliant work in the trailer got the attention of Nani and he later roped Mark as a music director for Awe! (2018), which is produced under his own production banner, Wall Poster Cinema Production. His 2019 releases include Mallesham, directed by Raj R and Agent Sai Srinivasa Athreya. His other projects include Zombie Reddy (2021).
