Mark Zak is a German film and television actor, author, playwright and cinematographer whose career spans over two decades and across films in German and English. He is best known internationally for his roles in films like Enemy at the Gates (2001), the Johnny Depp starrer The Tourist (2010) and the Tom Hanks starrer Bridge of Spies (2015). Besides these, he has also appeared in television shows like The Country Doctor, The Old Fox and Maximilian, and has published a novel titled Glaube, Liebe, Mafia: Ein Fall fur Josif Bondar in German. Other notable acting credits include The Man Inside (1990), Klimt (2006), The Fourth Estate (2012) and Stereo (2014).
