Madduri Venugopal, popularly known as Master Venu, was an Indian music director, known for his works exclusively in Telugu film industry, also predominant in Tamil movies and the father of the actor Bhanu Chander. Some of his associated movies include Todi Kodallu, Adugu Jadalu, Preminchi Choodu and Mangalya Balam. Venu died on 8 September 1981.
