Maurice Richlin (born on February 23, 1920 in Omaha) was an American screenwriter known for his work in the Hollywood industry. He began his career as a writer with the television series My Hero in the year 1952. After that, he has written for several films such as The Pink Panther, The Bugaloos and The Pink Panther 2. He won Oscar for Best Writing, Story and Screenplay - Written Directly for the Screen of the film. He died at the age of 70, on November 13, 1990 in Los Angeles.
