Max Landis is an American actor, writer and filmmaker, who was listed among Forbes magazine`s "30 Under 30" young people to watch in the entertainment industry twice in a row. Landis is known for writing American Ultra (2015), Victor Frankenstein (2015), and Bright (2017). Additionally, he created the TV series Dirk Gently`s Holistic Detective Agency (2016) as well as directed the music video for Ariana Grande`s `One Last Time` (2015). He also co-wrote the script for Shadow in the Cloud (2020).
