MC Hammer, also known as Stanley Kirk Burrell, is an American film choreographer. He is also an entrepreneur, dancer and actor. He debuted in the film industry with the album Feel My Power in the year 1987. He has appeared in various television commercials and has won three Grammy Awards for his Best Rhythm and Blues Song, Best Rap Solo for the movie Please Hammer. He has also won eight American Music Awards.
