Meghana Lokesh is an Indian film actress who predominantly works in Telugu and Kannada TV serials. She has featured in the serial Purushottama for which she was nominated with SuvarnaPariwar Award, but her breakthrough came with Sasi Rekha Parinayam, one of the best serials on MAA TV, which got her a huge fan following. Her 2017 movie venture includes the Telugu romantic drama Idhi Maa Prema Katha starring her as one of the leads opposite Anchor Ravi, under the direction of Ayodhya Karthik.

In 2018, she appeared alongside Tejas and Pallavi Dora in Challa Bhanu Kiran`s Telugu romantic drama Ameerpet 2 America.
