Jamaican-born English actor, Menelaus Joaquin, better known by his screen name Mel Raido, made his acting debut in the 2000 romantic-comedy, Born Romantic. His first acting assignment came in the horror TV anthology, Urban Gothic (2000-2001). Since making his debut, Raido has acted in movies like Christie Malry's Own Double-Entry (2000), O Jerusalem (2006), Grow Your Own (2007), Clubbed (2008), In Our Name (2010), Gemma Bovery (2014), Legend (2015), The Disappointments Room (2016) and Just Getting Started (2017). He has also made appearances in TV shows like Strike Back (2010-2017), Law & Order: UK (2009-2014), The Trials of Jimmy Rose (2015) and Count Arthur Strong (2013-2017).
