Making acting debut in 2013 as 'P' in Lars von Trier's erotic drama film Nymphomaniac: Vol. II, Mia Gypsy Mello da Silva Goth, better known as Mia Goth is a British actress and model. Since her debut, Goth has appeared in Stephen Fingleton's sci-fi, thriller The Survivalist (2015), Baltasar Kormakur's adventure-drama Everest (2015) and Gore Verbinski's fantasy-horror A Cure for Wellness (2016). Goth's movie The Survivalist won several awards and was also nominated for a BAFTA Award. She has also appeared in popular detective TV shows like The Tunnel (2013- ) as Sophie Campbell and Wallander (2008-2016) as Hannah Hjelmqvist. Goth and Shia LaBeouf started dating in 2012 and they got married in 2016.

Goth was most recently seen in the horror-thriller Marrowbone (2017), directed by Sergio G. Sanchez. She starred alongside George MacKay, Anya Taylor-Joy, and Charlie Heaton. In 2018 Goth will be seen starring alongside Dakota Johnson, Chloe Grace Moretz, Tilda Swinton and Jessica Harper in Luca Guadagnino's gothic horror movie, Suspiria. The movie is a remake of the 1977 Dario Argento movie of the same name.
