Before entering the entertainment industry and becoming a producer, Michael Hogan served in Iraq during the Persian Gulf War. Thereafter he held significant posts at production houses like Hart Sharp Entertainment (1999-2006), GreeneStreet Films (2006-2013), and finally Ivanhoe Pictures. He has worked as an executive producer for movies like Nicholas Nickleby (2002), Proof (2005), and Frozen (2010). He has recently gotten involved in the Indian media industry. He has been involved in Indian web series like Ghoul (2018) and Delhi Crime (2019). His 2020 release includes Sonic The Hedgehog, directed by Jeff Fowler.
