Dombivali based child-actor Mihiresh Joshi appears in Marathi films. Mihiresh, who is studying at the IES Patkar School (Dombivali) took acting lessons at Vedh Academy which is managed by Sanket Oak. He first appeared in the award-winning Marathi movie Avatarachi Goshta in 2014, in which he essayed the role of Koustubh. Mihiresh was also a part of the 2015 movie Sugar Salt Ani Prem. In 2017, he appeared in the movie The Silence directed by Gajendra Ahire. The movie was released in 2015 at several international film festivals and was also the official selection at the Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival 2015.
