Born and raised in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, Mir Sarwar is an Indian film actor who primarily works in Hindi language films and TV serials. Having started his career on the silver screen with a role in the blockbuster film Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015) where he played the role of the father of the Pakistani girl who in India, subsequently starred in other big budget films like Phantom (2015) and Dishoom (2016), Daddy (2017), an Indian Political crime drama directed by Ashim Ahluwalia, Kedarnath (2018), directed by Abhishek Kapoor. His other releases include Kesari and Pawan Putra. His 2020 release includes Laxmii.
