Mit Jani is the creative and executive producer of the film Hellaro, the first Gujarati film to have won the National Award for the `Best Feature Film`. He has previously won another national award as a director for his debut documentary, Goonga Pehelwan. He has been active for many years as an ad filmmaker in his firm Videowala. His 2019 release includes Hellaro.
