Molina is a trained Manipuri, Kathak and Odissi Dancer. She joined Ebrahim Alkazi's 'The Living Theatre Academy' emerging as an accomplished actress with a scholarship in the field of theatre from the Government of India, Department of Culture. She has successfully portrayed roles of Radha, Meera, Draupadi, Kunti and was invited to choreograph a thumri for the Yashraj film 'Laaga Chunari Mein Daag', picturised on Hema Malini. She has conceived and directed a Ballet 'STREE Rupa/Aparupa' showcasing women from history and mythology through Navrasa which was given a standing ovation on the premier show.
