Known for the super-hit film Yamla Pagla Deewana (2011), Mukesh Thakur is an Indian film editor, primarily working in Hindi film industry. He started his career as an editor with Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron (2007). He later worked on films like Payback (2010), Vikalp (2011), United Six (2011), Chaar Din Ki Chandni (2012), Oye Hoye Pyar Gaya (2013), and Ishk Actually (2013). Some of his notable works are Happy Go Lucky (2014), Kota Junction (2015), Ishq Junoon: The Heat is On (2016), and Paranormal: Based on True Events (2017). His other projects include Jack & Dil (2018) and Nawabzaade (2018). His 2019 release includes Gunwali Dulhaniya, directed by Shantanu Anant Tambe.
