Nagashekar is an Indian actor, director and writer who is noted for his work in the Kannada film industry. He started his career in the film industry as an actor with Ranga (S.S.L.C) (2004), and subsequently appeared in films like Masth Maaja Maadi (2008), Chandralekha (2014), and Thare Nan Maklu (2016), later turned director with Aramane (2008). His other popular directorial venture include Sanju Weds Geetha (2011), Myna (2013) and Maasthi Gudi (2017) starring Duniya Vijay, Amulya, and Kriti Kharbanda. His 2019 release includes Amar.
