DOP Narasimhan began his career in Kannada cinema as an assistant cameraman, working in movies like Brundavana (2013), Agraja (2014) and Mr. Airavata (2015) early on. Subsequently, he debuted as an independent cinematographer with the thriller film Kulfi (2018).

In 2019, Narasimhan helmed the camera department for Majjige Huli, which was directed by Ravindra Kotaki.
